Novad Court

• This development will be a completely new construction.
• This project is planned to include three (3) two-bedroom apartments.
• These apartments will be for those living with special needs, homeless or formerly homeless individuals, and households or individuals who are income eligible. 
• Novad Court will utilize the NJDCA National Housing Trust Fund and Monmouth County HOME American Rescue Plan as sources of funding.

Allen House 2

• This development will be a completely new construction.
• This project is planned to include ten (10) one-bedroom apartments.
• These apartments will be for seniors aged 55 and over who qualify for very low to moderate-income housing. 
• Allen House 2 will utilize the NJDCA National Housing Trust Fund, Monmouth County HOME, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, and the Millstone Township Municipal Housing Trust Fund as sources of funding.
