The Affordable Housing Alliance’s Utility Assistance department offers residents support with their utility bills. These programs are:
- Payment Assistance for Gas and Electric (PAGE) Program
- Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
- Gift of Warmth (GoW) Program
The AHA’s Community Action Program (CAP) provides resources and services to help support at-risk residents in Monmouth County. Some of these resources and services include:
- Homelessness Prevention
- Rent Assistance
- Youth Services
- Senior Assistance
- And more
The Affordable Housing Alliance’s mission is to improve the quality of life for all New Jersey residents by developing and preserving affordable housing, providing services to maintain housing affordability, providing housing education, and helping communities meet their legal and moral housing obligations.
