Britton Cook

Director of Property Management

Britton Cook, the Affordable Housing Alliance’s Director of Property Management, has been with the organization since 2021. In this role, Britton oversees and maintains the AHA’s growing portfolio of single-family homes, large and small scale multifamily housing, a manufactured home park, group homes, and single-room occupancy units. Britton leads the Affordable Housing Alliance’s Property Management team which consists of talented maintenance specialists, as well as a team of property managers who lead our programs in the field. With a background in operational management, project and budget oversight, contract and new-hire negotiations, and a wealth of experience in property development, Britton brings years of measurable success to the organization.

Britton joined the housing field while working with Sun Communities; through her 7+ years with that organization, she oversaw the operational and financial performance of their portfolio. Before joining the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA), Ms. Cook served as Regional Property Manager for RHP Properties where she had over 2000 homes under her supervision.

Britton attended St. John Fisher College where she focused on Political Science. Having grown up in Rochester, New York, Britton enjoys taking in the great outdoors, and in particular, the changing of the seasons.
