Toi L. Collins

Chief Program Officer

Ms. Collins, our Chief Programs Officer, has been an essential and integral part of the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) since 1998, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to the role. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Monmouth University and has completed numerous hours of continuing education with a strong focus on housing counseling while holding various certifications in the profession. In recognition of her expertise and dedication, Ms. Collins was appointed by the Monmouth County Freeholders in 2003 to serve on the Monmouth County Fair Housing Board. This appointment underscores her deep understanding of fair housing practices and commitment to ensuring equal housing opportunities for all.

As Chief Programs Officer, Toi manages our Housing Stability and Utility Assistance departments, playing a critical role in community outreach, housing education, homebuyer counseling, delinquency, and default counseling, and helping ensure all programs and services work collaboratively to drive positive outcomes for clients. Her leadership ensures that our organization provides comprehensive support to individuals and families seeking assistance and guidance, and with her extensive experience, Ms. Collins is a trusted advocate for our clients and the community at large.
