Winding Ridge
  • This Project saw the conversion of an existing market-rate housing complex into a rehabilitated affordable housing development in partnership with the Alpert Group.
  • This development has a total of 98 apartments spread across eighteen (18) two-bedroom units and eighty (80) three-bedroom units.
  • Winding Ridge utilized Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Equity, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds, and an NJHMA Mortgage as sources of funding.
  • The AHA partnered with the Township of Neptune, New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance Agency, The Alpert Group, Enterprise Community Investment, Amboy Bank, Thriven Design, and MidAtlantic Engineering on this project.
  • These apartments are for income-eligible households and individuals including those experiencing a loss of housing.

Carver Inn
  • The acquisition, demolition, and reconstruction of an old hotel into 14 age-restricted (55+) units for very low, low. and moderate-income residents.
  • Carver Inn utilized Monmouth County Home Funds, FHLB, DCA, and bank financing as sources of funding.
