Reasons To Do Business with The Affordable Housing Alliance
The AHA has a housing portfolio featuring over 400 units spread across Monmouth County. We have partnered with diverse organizations from across the state to develop housing that meets the needs of our growing communities.
Through partnerships, the AHA is able to leverage existing support organizations and community partners to better serve New Jersey’s in-need residents.
Businesses, non-profits, and communities are continually partnering with the AHA to develop housing needs throughout Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex Counties.
The Affordable Housing Alliance pursues a diverse and inclusive workforce. Applicants and employees shall not be discriminated against because of race, religion, sex, national origin, ethnicity, age, mental or physical disability, genetic information, creed, sexual orientation, nationality, income, gender (including pregnancy and gender expression) identity, color, marital status, veteran status, medical condition, ancestry, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law or ordinance.
