The AHA provides a wide range of counseling services and educational support to residents of Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties including: Homebuyer Education Workshops, Money Management Courses, Foreclosure Intervention, Reverse Mortgage Counseling, Post-Purchase Courses, and so much more!
The Affordable Housing Alliance provides emergency services to eligible Monmouth and Ocean County residents. Some of these services may include access to transportation, health services, and other assessments.
The AHA offers residents of Monmouth and Ocean Counties experiencing a temporary loss of housing support that includes: Coordinated Entry for Ocean County, Homeless Prevention Services, Rapid Rehousing Assistance, and so much more.
The Utility Assistance team oversees a variety of programs designed to assist residents facing challenges with their utility bills including: New Jersey Natural Gas's Gift of Warmth (GoW) program, the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), the Payment Assistance for Gas and Electric (PAGE) program, and the Universal Service Fund (USF).
