Full Service Affordable Development Partner

The Affordable Housing Alliance is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that has a storied history of working hand-in-hand with municipalities in order to assist them in reaching their affordable housing development goals and requirements. Through a dedicated staff with significant industry experience as well as a team of carefully chosen partners, the AHA has:

  • Developed over 600 affordable homes throughout Central New Jersey in communities of all sizes.
  • Currently manages  over 400 affordable homes.
  • Developed ‘For-Sale’ homes.
  • Refinanced and rehabilitated a 98-unit Tax Credit Development.
  • Obtained and worked with financing including, but not limited to: Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Affordable Housing Trust Fund (State and Local), State and County HOME, Community Development Block Grant, Special Needs Housing Trust Fund, Private Grants, Private Debt, etc.
  • The AHA offers our municipal partners a full-service approach in which we build, manage, and own our properties; as well as our work with current and potential residents to ensure they’re making edicated decisions with regard to their living situation, the AHA aims to be a one-stop shop when it comes to successful housing development.
