LIHEAP and USF

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)  Universal Service Fund (USF) help residential customers pay for heating and cooling bills, even if heat is included as part of rent payments.

CAP UTILITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Eligible Monmouth County residents can receive assistance with past-due electric, gas, water, and sewer bills.

Proudly serving New Jersey residents since 1991, the Affordable Housing Alliance is a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 corporation. In addition to providing affordable housing solutions the AHA, working together with different Affiliate Agencies in New Jersey, manages several programs that help those seeking relief in paying their utility bills.
