NEPTUNE, NEW JERSEY – The Affordable Housing Alliance’s Christina Tello (Director of Housing Outreach) and Linda Osborn (Lead Housing Counselor) spoke with Mr. Avery W. Grant to discuss New Jersey’s dynamic and evolving affordable housing environment. Uniquely positioned to present a perspective all his own, Mr. Grant has spent decades working throughout local and state governance to enrich and defend the health and rights of his neighbors. A retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel and a New Jersey Environmental Justice Alliance board member, Mr. Grant has been a Long Branch School Board member for over 20 years, he is the Chairman of the New Jersey School Board Association Task Force for Student Achievement and has served as a member of the Monmouth County Fair Housing Board.

We hope you enjoy this discussion with Mr. Grant and keep an eye out for future conversations with the people making a difference in our communities.
