- A large supportive group home operated in conjunction with a local social services agency.
- A single-family, 3-bedroom home that was rehabilitated in 2022 with the assistance of Coastal Habitat for Humanity.
- The home is now occupied by an income-eligible local family.
- The project was funded through a combination of a TD Bank loan, a Capital One Grant, and FEMA.
- In 2013 the AHA oversaw the construction of the new seven-unit apartment on site, restricted to low-income, special needs individuals who are experiencing a loss of housing.
