Lowe’s Hometowns Project Brings New Life to Pine Tree Community

Eatontown, NJ – December 5, 2025 – The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) is thrilled to announce the completion of a transformative renovation at Pine Tree Manufactured Home Park, made possible through the Lowe’s Hometowns grant program. What began as an exciting announcement this summer has now become a reality that will serve our community for generations to come.

A Dream Realized

Earlier this year, AHA was proudly selected as one of 100 community-nominated projects nationwide to receive support through Lowe’s Hometowns, the company’s five-year, $100 million commitment to repairing and restoring community spaces. The grant enabled us to completely renovate and revitalize the Community Room and Playground at our Pine Tree development in Eatontown.

“This renovation is truly spectacular and promises immense joy for our residents and their families,” said Randi Moore, CEO of Affordable Housing Alliance. “The transformation of these spaces will create lasting memories and strengthen the bonds within our Pine Tree community.”

Before and After: A Spectacular Transformation

The renovations have completely transformed the heart of our Pine Tree community:

The Playground has been reimagined as a vibrant, safe space where children can play and families can gather. The new playground equipment and updated safety features create an inviting environment for outdoor recreation and neighborhood connection.

The Community Room now serves as a welcoming, accessible hub where residents can gather, learn, and build relationships. The refreshed space offers improved functionality and comfort for community events, educational programs, and social gatherings.

A Season of Gratitude

In this season of giving and gratitude, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to Lowe’s for their generous support and to their red vest associates who helped bring this vision to life. Being selected as a Lowe’s Hometowns project has made an immeasurable difference in our ability to serve the more than 100 families who call Pine Tree home.

This renovation ensures that Pine Tree Manufactured Home Park continues to be more than just a place to live—it’s a true community where neighbors become friends and children can safely play and grow.
