New Affordable Housing Lottery Opens for Seniors at Allen House II in Millstone Township

Millstone Township, NJ – The Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) is now accepting applications for Allen House II, a brand-new affordable housing development for seniors located in Millstone Township, Monmouth County. The property, exclusively for adults aged 55 and older with low to moderate incomes, features 10 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units scheduled for completion in Summer 2025.

The lottery application process is now open for eligible seniors seeking affordable housing options in Monmouth County. Applications will be accepted through May 19, 2025, at 4PM EST. Go to the AHA’s website HousingAll.org to apply.
