Housing & Community Development Network of New Jersey’s “Under One Roof” Conference
On Friday October 24, 2025 at the Housing & Community Development Network of New Jersey’s Under One Roof conference, we were deeply honored to receive the Outstanding Project Award for New Development for Novad Court.
This recognition belongs to our entire community: Millstone Township, the National Housing Trust Fund, and most importantly, the three families who now have a place to call home. To our fellow honorees: your dedication to creating opportunity and stability inspires us every day. Our CEO, Randi Moore, had the privilege of moderating “Making Mount Laurel Work: How Nonprofits
Can Help Build More Affordable Homes” alongside NJ Sen. Troy Singleton, Fair Share Housing Center’s Crystal Charley, NJDCA’s Kimberly El-Sadek, and Greater Middlesex and Morris Habitat for Humanity’s Liz DeCoursey. As New Jersey’s fourth round of Mount Laurel obligations gets underway, these vital conversations are helping nonprofits and municipalities work together to meet our state’s housing needs.
Thank you to HCDNNJ for bringing together leaders who are committed to action. Together, we’re building more than housing, we’re building hope and working to make New Jersey more affordable for everyone.
