Our Development Experience:

● Over 600 affordable homes developed throughout Central New Jersey in communities of all sizes
● 67-unit family Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) development currently under construction
● Completed specialized housing in 2025 including homeless supportive units and senior apartments
● Built both rental and for-sale affordable homes
● Refinanced and rehabilitated a 98-unit Tax Credit development
● Successfully secured diverse funding sources including LIHTC, Affordable Housing Trust Fund, National Housing Trust Fund, State and County HOME, CDBG, Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, private grants, private debt, and more
