• An 11-unit rooming house was acquired in 2008 that is part of the township’s affordable housing plan.
• Single Room Occupancy facility for very low-income residents
• Funding included nearly $300,000 from Monmouth County Home Funds, $490,000 from NJ State Home, and $105,000 from the Federal Home Loan Bank.
• In 2012, the AHA utilized NeighborWorks America® funding to implement a Green Rehabilitation Plan.

• Set on a four-acre lakeside property, this newly constructed property provides seniors, ages 62 and over that meet low to moderate-income guidelines, the ability to live in a setting with access to nature and wildlife.
• The Township of Millstone partnered with the AHA to fulfill its fair and affordable housing requirements.

• Six (6) Single Room Occupancy (SRO) units provide the beauty of rural living in a home setting without the isolation of being alone.
• Residency is restricted to income-eligible individuals as well as individuals with developmental disabilities. 
• On-site managed care provided by a therapeutic service provider allows tenants to have the best of worlds: assistance and independence.
