The AHA provides a wide range of counseling services and educational support to residents of Mercer, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties including: Homebuyer Education Workshops, Money Management Courses, Foreclosure Intervention, Reverse Mortgage Counseling, Post-Purchase Courses, and so much more!
The Affordable Housing Alliance offers supportive services for eligible residents experiencing a temporary loss of housing that include: Coordinated Entry & Housing Referrals for Ocean County residents, and information about Homeless Services for Monmouth County.
The AHA provides eligible residents of Monmouth County experiencing financial hardships with Rental, Mortgage, HOA, Property Tax Arrears, and Security Deposit Assistance.
The Affordable Housing Alliance oversees a variety of programs designed to assist Monmouth County residents facing challenges with their utility bills including New Jersey Natural Gas’s Gift of Warmth (GoW) program, the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), and the Universal Service Fund (USF).
Additionally, the CAP utility assistance program provides support to eligible Monmouth County residents with electric, gas, water, and sewer bills that are past due.
