Christopher Pugliese

Director of Housing Development

Christopher Pugliese joined the Affordable Housing Alliance in June of 2021. As Director of Housing Development, Christopher will implement/oversee all current and future affordable housing development at the AHA. Before joining the AHA, Christopher spent six years as a Project Director for Conifer Realty, where he implemented and/or completed the development process for over 600 affordable homes throughout New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Westchester County, NY. Conifer builds throughout the Northeast and is the 5th largest owner of affordable housing in the Country. Christopher is happy to be back in Monmouth County with the AHA, where he was raised, and also previously contributed to the expansion of affordable housing units through his years of service with the City of Long Branch Housing Authority.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and also previously served as an Instructor for Rutgers University’s Housing Authority Executive Director Certification Program.
