Masha Rasnitsyn

Controller

Masha Rasnitsyn has been an integral part of the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) for over 13 years. Beginning as an Accounting Assistant in 2009, Masha has developed her skills and is currently the organization’s Controller. In this role, Masha facilitates all aspects of the AHA’s accounting functions. From payroll and grant disbursements to rental payments and invoicing, Masha helps keep the organization moving.

Drawn to the financial discipline because of her own passion for precision, Masha holds degrees in both Accounting and Computer Sciences. When she isn’t providing the AHA with accounting support, Masha aims to spend as much time as she can with friends and family. She is an avid fan of hiking and the outdoors, and she can often be found exploring different cuisines from around the world.
