The Utility Assistance department assists eligible renters and homeowners with utility assistance for heating, electricity and cooling.

LIHEAP Application (Monmouth County ONLY)

Please Note: The AHA can only accept LIHEAP/USF applications from Monmouth County residents. If you do not live in Monmouth county, please visit the this link and select the LIHEAP/USF agency for your county.
ONLY if you received USF/HEA in the 2022-23 season AND you are still at the same address, the below recertification form can be downloaded and submitted. Please complete, SIGN, and submit the below recertification form along with any and all required documents.
